Due to attendance restrictions the Montana Archery Association State Indoor will be held at the following locations throughout the state.



Helena, Feb 27th/28th,

Lewistown, Feb 27th 1 day only


Billings, March 6th/7th,


Butte, Fri Mar 6th & Sat 7th,

This is a two day shoot, Saturday will be a 28 Field round. Sunday will be a 14 Hunter round and a 14 Animal round.  This format will reduce the walking distance on both days, Saturday will be right at 2.4 miles and Sunday will be a hair less.  Arrow count is also reduced due to this format.   


After selecting line time, you may visit the "Assignments" tab to the left of the main screen and select a bale for Saturday.  Sunday you will be flighted.   


You will be flighted, and must shoot in your designated group to be eligible for awards. MAAI membership is required for awards. There will be a guest division for non-members.


Saturday target assignments at 9:30, shooting at 10:00. Sunday MAA meeting, and target assignments at 9:00, shooting at 9:30.  


Fun shoot on Saturday evening after all are done with Field for a small fee.  


Camping is allowed at the range.  There is no power, water or RV hookups onsite, but there are 5 vault toilets.  

We will do a fire on saturday night with smores,  BYOB or drinks and a chair.


Entry Fee: Individual $30.


This shoot is a fundraiser and run by the kids of Elkhorn JOAD Club out of Helena with the help of Broadwater Rod and Gun Club.

FORMAT: 900 Round. 30 arrows each at 40,50,& 60 yrds.5 arrow ends Target: 122cm Fita Face

Check in is from 8:00-9:00 and shooting begins at 9:30. This is a two day shoot, with one round each day. You will be flighted on Sunday, and must shoot in your designated group to be eligible for awards. MAAI membership is required for awards. The “Money” division is open to all archers regardless of age, sex, or equipment. There is a guest division for non-members.
